At Built by Mark Evans, we recently completed a comprehensive bathroom remodel project that involved completely gutting the existing bathroom to the bare studs. We removed seven layers of flooring to restructure floor joists, installed new sheetrock, sealed walls, replaced the vanity and tub, and finished with a fresh coat of paint in the homeowners' chosen color.
